Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
-
What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services including waxing, sugaring, facials, massages, body treatments, and more. -
How long does a typical appointment last?
The duration of your appointment depends on the service you're receiving. Our team will provide you with an estimated timeframe when you book your appointment. -
What should I expect during a waxing appointment?
During a waxing appointment, one of our skilled technicians will apply warm wax to the desired area, place a strip of cloth over it, and quickly pull it off to remove unwanted hair from the root. -
Is sugaring a painful process?
Sugaring is generally considered less painful than traditional waxing since the sugar paste adheres only to the hair, not the skin. However, individual pain tolerance may vary. -
How often should I schedule a facial?
The frequency of facials depends on your skin type and concerns. We recommend consulting with one of our estheticians to determine the ideal schedule for your skincare needs. -
Can I book a couples massage?
Yes, we offer couples massage sessions for those looking to enjoy a relaxing experience with a partner or loved one. -
What is the difference between deep tissue and Swedish massage?
Deep tissue massage focuses on targeting deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to relieve chronic tension, while Swedish massage uses lighter pressure and long, flowing strokes to promote relaxation. -
Why am I charged in advance for services?
We require payment in advance to secure your appointment and ensure the availability of our staff and resources for your scheduled service. This helps us guarantee that you'll receive the highest quality treatment at your preferred time. -
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
While we don't require advance payment for bookings, we do have a cancellation policy in place. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the specified time frame and do not show up, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service's value. This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated for your appointment, which could have been offered to another client.
